− As cadeiras da mesa estavam mofadas e ainda fui acusado de ter levar toalhas e lençois do apartamento, A secretária falou ao proprietário q eram 5 pessoas e fomos so em 3 pessoas. Sempre fiz reservas pelo Booking e nunca tive nenhuma problema e olha que viajo mto...Sugeri que da proxima vez alguém entregue a chave pessoalmente e mostre uma lista do que esta entregando e assinar. Pra evitar este tipo de constragimento.

− A acomodação poderia ser mais bem equipada, senti falta de sanduicheira, Airfryer, garrafa de café. Os travesseiros precisam ser trocados, nada confortáveis.
