10.0Bardzo blisko do centrum
Wer nur übernachten möchte und zentral bleiben, der ist hier richtig.
5.0Die Lage war sehr gut und super praktisch mit dem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nebenendran. Wenn die Wohnung nur zum übernachten nimmt, dann kann man fast nichts falsch machen.
− Leider ist die Wohnung sehr Hellhörig und man hört den ganzen Lärm der Straße. Das große Bett ist schon komplett durchgelegen. Es wäre super gewesen, wenn man Bilder von der der Dusche mit eingestellt hätte. Wenn man abends etwas Fernsehen möchte, wird man komplett enttäuscht, denn es werden fast keine Kanäle empfangen, der Fernseher ist schon alt und kein Smart TV, daher gab es auch keine Möglichkeit sich etwas zu streamen. Das Geschirr war leider nicht sehr sauber.

Genug Platz . Gut für eine Nacht aber nicht für einen Urlaub

− Dreckiges Geschirr , hässliches Bild an der Wand , keine Gewürze , kein Öl, keine Mikrowelle.
Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
2.0Die Lage ist wirklich super, sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Geräumige Wohnung.
− Die Wohnung ist definitiv schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Besteck in der Küche war nicht nutzbar, da dreckig. Ebenso stank es aus dem Kühlschrank sehr stark nach Fisch, so dass man keine offenen Lebensmittel drin lagern konnte. Auf den ersten Moment schien es, als gäbe es keine Teller, diese wurden aber (wieso auch immer) im Wohnzimmer gelagert? Ein Hinweis darauf wäre nett gewesen. Ein weiteres "Highlight" war der schreiende Nachbar von nebenan, sowohl nachts, als auch tagsüber. Alles in allem kein Airbnb, in dem man sich wohlfühlt...
