Die Lage ist für Hundebesitzer großartig (Spazierwege und Möglichkeit zum Baden im Bach). Auch der Balkon hat uns und unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn wir den Vermieter nicht gesehen haben, waren die Infos vorab vollständig und ausreichend. In der Nähe gibt es einen Gemischtwarenladen und einen Bäcker für Frühstück und kleine Besorgungen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.
− Eine sehr kleine, seltsame Liste an eingestellten Fernsehprogrammen. Aber mit WLAN hilft Netflix und CO.

Schickes Apartment in guter Ortslage. Parkmöglichkeit ohne Probleme vor Ort. Viele Wanderwege und Ziele direkt erreichbar. Sauna an 2 Tagen der Woche kostenfrei nach Anmeldung nutzbar.
− TV mit minimaler Senderliste, es fehlten z.B. die öffentlich rechtlichen. Fernsehbild war nur Klötzchengrafik. Nicht verwendbar.

Schönes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement zentral in Simonswald gelegen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
