Great location and good value
8.0Great location with the cliff walk across the road. A short walk to regular buses to Brighton and Eastbourne. Co-op food market a short walk. Dedicated onsight parking and a level walk to ground floor apartment. The lounge kitchen area was good - oven and good sized fridge as well as all the kitchen gear I needed. Good value considering the location and everything worked, including wifi - no trouble logging on and reliable.
− The bathroom needs a thorough clean, the toilet needs replacing - the current one is too low and is not seated properly and moves. Other areas of the bathroom need sealants. The dining table was very small. The outdoor furniture was not the same quality that was shown in the picture gallery and was broken.

− Een minpuntje. We konden niet ontdekken hoe de handdoekenverwarming in de douche uit kon. Was erg warm.

− A bit tired on patio and sealant on bath could be replaced- windows old but worked fine. These were minor problems and as it was such a reasonable price are to be expected.
