8.0Le duplex et vraiment très bien situé, très propre et très fonctionnel.
− Pas de place de parking privé et pas de volet au fenêtre (juste des stores)

9.0Doordat het eind juni was en er nog niet veel vakantiegangers waren, hadden de kinderen het zwembad bijna altijd voor hun alleen. Ook de afstand naar het strand was perfect te doen met de wagen/tram, op 5 minuten. Verder was de keuken heel uitgebreid voorzien, en was het een ruim en proper appartement! Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
− Door de hittegolf die momenteel heerst was het appartement enorm warm. Aanrader: ventilators voorzien 😊
