− No hay mucha zona de cocina para colocar cosas. Una mañana, a las 7am, un vecino empezó a taladrar muy ruidosamente el suelo de su finca. Detalles que se podrían cuidar en la convivencia vecinal si hay un alojamiento turistico.

5.0Die Wohnungen sind modern, sauber und die Küchen sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten, Grill und Spielbereich sind grundsätzlich ein Pluspunkt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Zum Spieleboden: dieser befindet sich über den Ferienwohnungen sodass es in den Wohnungen deutlich zu hören ist wenn jemand im Spielebereich unterwegs ist. Da wir alle Wohnungen reserviert hatten war dies für uns kein Problem. Direkt bei der Ankunft haben wir die Sachen überprüft und z.b. die losen Griffe am Kicker festgedreht und einen Stuhl aus dem 4 spitze Nägel standen (hohes Sicherheitsrisiko) weggestellt. Er bietet eine Vielzahl von Spielzeug teilweise auch schon etwas abgegriffen aber da viele Kinder damit spielen vollkommen okay und ein Pluspunkt für Familien mit Kindern
− Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren teilweise abgenutzt und sollten getauscht werden. Die Wohnungen sind etwas abgelegen und ein Auto von Vorteil. Sehr negativ war für uns der Umgang des Vermieters mit unseren Kindern. Unsere Kinder haben sich einen Parkour aus Stühlen, Kissen etc. gebaut also normales Spielverhalten von Kindern. Zum Großteil der Zeit war immer ein Erwachsener anwesend aber als der Vermieter in den Spieleboden ging, waren gerade alle unten zur Planung für den nächsten Tag. Der Vermieter hat unsere Kinder angeschrien und sie beschuldigt Sachen kaputt zu machen. Es ist dann sofort ein Erwachsener hoch und hat weinende und verängstigte Kinder vorgefunden. Das empfinden wir als unangemessen. Auch als mehrere Erwachsene dazu kamen und beim verräumen der Sachen halfen, blieb der Ton angespannt und vorwurfsvoll. Dieses Verhalten ist ein absolutes No-Go und hat den Urlaub deutlich negativ geprägt.
