So lovely having a welcome pack that included wine, tea, coffee, breakfast cereal and even eggs, cheese and ham! Very grateful! The location was superb for the beach and various tavernas. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The air con was included in the price and worked well.

− It’s a wonderful location next to the beach, the only downside is there is not much else in walking distance but the local supermarket will pick you up and drop you back for free

L'accueil exceptionnel ! Un véritable Filet garni de produits locaux, vin, bière, gâteau, lait, confiture, café, chocolat, miel, pain, etc..... La proximité de la plage, La beauté du paysage, La taille du logement

− Il est difficile d'y aller sans voiture, Le village de Kaminaki est en bas d'une colline La descente pour y arriver est extrêmement abrupte, et a remonté c'est une côte de 300m avec 100 mètres de dénivelé ce qui rend sa montée a pied extrêmement difficile. Bref compliqué pour faire son jogging voir impossible. Mais ce n'est pas du fait du propriétaire c'est juste le village qui est comme ça.

Wow! If I could give more than 10 I would. I had read about the welcome gifts/supplies in other reviews but when we arrived to find not only a hamper filled with Greek treats such as cake, biscuits, liqueur, a bottle of wine as well as tea, coffee, sugar, cocoa etc etc, but also coffee pods, filters, beer, milk and water in the fridge, spanokopita in the freezer, washing and dishwasher pods, a bag in each bedroom with slippers and toothbrush kit. Oh yes and coal provided for barbecues. Everything you could possibly need to get set up and more. The kitchen is well stocked with every possible gadget, crockery etc you could need including fikter coffee machine, pod machine, electric juicer, air fryer, blender... Mina responded to my messages almost immediately and very kindly shared recommendations of local restaurants and supermarkets. She was absolutely lovely. The cleaners came every two days with fresh towels, bedding as needed and cleaning the house. The location. It was WONDERFUL to have the pool to jump into to cool down and lounge by, but the beach is a 1 minute stroll down the road. And it is truly beautiful. Clear water, stunning views of Albania and of the lush vegetation around the bay. It's a relatively quiet beach and because of its proximity to the house you can jump in and go home several times a day. There is a taverna and a restaurant there although we didn't eat there. Barbati beach is a ten minute drive away where there is also clear water with fish jumping out of the water, lots of sunbeds, bars/restaurants - Piedra Del Mar is particularly nice with a tree growing up through the middle of the outdoor seating. Ipsos is very touristy but the AB supermarket there is great. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

− Då det inte fanns några direkta regler kring poolens öppettider innebar det tyvärr att vi ena morgonen vaknade före kl 09 av att två barn i grannlägenheten stojade och skrek och var högljudda när de badade. Sista kvällen var det ett gäng ungdomar som badade kl 24 på natten o var högljudda. Annars funkade det bra att dela pool med de andra.
