Die Lage dieser Ferienwohnung ist wirklich top! Dazu kommt, das es im Erdgeschoss eine sehr gute Pizzeria gibt, was wir natürlich auch genutzt haben. Bis zur Seilbahn Hochzillertal sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg. Die Beitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, aber das hat nicht gestört, wir haben alle wunderbar geschlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne Woche in Kaltenbach

Freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten Sehr sauber Bequeme Betten Gute Ausstattung in der Küche Warme Dusche, warme Wohnung Ruhige Wohnung trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße. Die Straße war Nachts kaum befahren.

− Einziger Wermutstropfen für uns war der stolze Preis,. Da wir aber in der Neujahrswoche (Hochsaison) dort waren war dies leider hinzunehmen. Andere Unterkünfte waren teils noch teurer. Hier ist für uns persönlich das Ende der Fahnenstange erreicht.

Goede Locatie, net, schoon appartement. Ruime slaapkamers Vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaar. Prima verblijf met 4 personen ( voldoende slaapruimte voor 6 maar wellicht dan wel wat krap met 1 badkamer). Pizzeria onder in het huis is een aanrader!

− Niet echt iets wat tegenviel. Wellicht alleen dat verwarming niet goed zelf te regelen is (heel erg warm, vooral 's nachts ondanks dat we ramen opengezet hadden).

Super Lage in Kaltenbach in der Nähe des Skiliftes - Tipp: unbedingt Ausrüstung oben am Berg lassen! Super nette Vermieter, helfen bei allem. Pizzeria im Haus stört nicht, im Gegenteil. Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen.

− Die Kopfkissen für unseren Geschmack zu dick... Haben aber eh immer eigene mit. Betten sehr bequem!
