8.0Mi è piaciuta la cucina nuova e ben attrezzata, le stanze grandi e pulite, il balcone grande.
− Non mi è piaciuto il bagno, datato, senza box doccia e maleodorante. Il materasso un po' duro e a solo mazzo di chiavi.

− Bagno e cucina decadenti con piastrelle rotte, forte odore di fogna in bagno, stendino e scolapiatti arrugginiti, scopa rotta niente aspirapolvere, materassi macchiati sotto la copertura. Pavimenti rotti in più punti .arredamento misero . Un insieme sgangherato e trascurato. Rumore della strada veramente eccessivo. Serramenti vecchi e non manutentati.
