Complete amenities except there is no water dispenser. They have a big refrigerator which is nice as well as the washing machine and lots of hangers. The bed is so comfy. So close to the mall and restaurants

The proximity to everything. Bed comfortable and aircon great

− Couldn’t get wifi working or tv so had to pay for data. Sent a msg to contact and no reply. Lots of cockroaches. Power point in bathroom not working

- location ---this place is next to Abreeza Mall (the supermarket is just across the building); also close to the eateries across the road (adjacent to the church) - washing machine -balcony - great for drying laundry -fridge -comfortable bed

− - WIFI wasn't working - this is probably not the property manager/owner's fault ----internet connection in the Philippines has always been a challenge; I had no internet/wifi for a few days. I was given another router but it was too slow for my work needs. I survived with my prepaid mobile phone internet connection, which was way faster. So if you need a fast internet/wifi, I'd suggest that you be prepared for contingencies (as above). - the property is a unit in a residential condominium building. expect the usual issues like loud noise from idiots walking along the corridors, stupid residents or tenants setting off the fire alarm for the entire building for not minding their cooking, etc. ---these are not the fault of the property owner/manager -these are just the way things are in a Philippine condominium living when many locals/tenants still do not know how to live in such confined settings.
