Skvělá lokalita s nádherným výhledem na Ossiašské jezero. Velmi přátelští a milí hostitelé. Útulný, prostorný a vkusně zařízený apartmán. Možnost nabíjet elektromobil.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber - bei unserer Wohnung im 1. OG mit wunderbarem Blick über Wiesen und Bodensdorf auf den Ossiacher See. Ein Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, um die Aussicht zu genießen, war auch vorhanden (selbst bei Regen nutzbar, wie am 2. Tag!) Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben das beste Beispiel dafür, wie Gastfreundlichkeit aussieht. Die Lage war ideal, einerseits ruhig und andererseits war der Weg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum See nur einige hundert Meter weit. Besonders beeindruckt hat es uns, dass es am See einen eigenen Zugang mit Liegewiese und für uns reservierten Liegestühlen gab. Wunderbar zum Ausspannen! Bodensdorf ist ein idealer Startpunkt um die Highlights der Gegend zu erkunden, wie z.B. Villach, die Burg Landskron mit der Adlerarena und dem Affenberg, die Villacher Alpe oder vom Haus aus die Auffahrt auf den Gerlitzen. Aber auch der Wörthersee mit der wunderbaren Aussicht vom Pyramidenkogel oder der Biosphärenpark Nockberge sind nicht weit. Die Wohnung war für uns ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub.

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Pölzl from December 26, 2024, to January 2, 2025. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute drive to the main ski lift, making it very convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The house itself was cozy, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was the sauna in the basement, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The rooms were large, well-furnished, and provided plenty of comfort for our family. Andrea, the owner, was exceptionally customer-focused, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality added a special touch to our experience. We highly recommend Landhaus Pölzl for anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Bodensdorf!
