9.0Klimatyczny apartamencie przyklejony rzeczywiście do 100 letniej lipy. Wewnątrz ciasnawo ale na weekend nie przeszkadza, oryginalne rozwiązania typu wpuszczana w podłogę wanna lub szafa na zewnętrznym tarasie. Problemy małe z parkingiem,bo przy ulicy na naszych oczach właściciel firmy z drugiej strony przybił do płotu zakaz parkowania, ale dzięki uprzejmości ludzi z innych domków którzy mieli parking wewnątrz mogliśmy parkować na terenie obiektu.
