Large comfortable flat near town centre

Great communication from Michelle and clear instructions with good security. Large apartment , very comfortable, tea coffee provided which was very kind. Close to the train station and the shops and bars. Nice walk down the river past the cathedral. Everything provided that we wanted.

− Although the location was great for proximity to the centre and the station, the apartment is in a busy noisy street and not the nicest environment. The flat was very hot, no fans, so we had to have the windows wide open, which meant a lot of noise from outside . Lino in bathroom quite stained.

Loved the cleanliness, the communication, the facilities, the comfort and the security were all second to none.

− With lack of fans (which Michelle tried hard to purchase but couldn’t!) the windows had to be left open, the noise of the street was dreadful. If you can stick the windows closed it would be less of a problem. Would definitely bring earplugs if I stayed again!!

I booked this apartment around 8pm and arrived shortly before 9pm. The apartment number is on the booking.com advert. When I entered the block, there are 2 floors of apartment doors. Some have numbers and names, some don't have numbers. There wasn't an apartment with a number 5. I messaged the owner, then called with no response. I then took a video and sent it to the owner to request further help. After some time, I sent a message to the owner saying that,, as I couldn't find the apartment, I would unfortunately have to book an alternative apartment on booking.com. I paid £218 for a 2 night stay, I booked at 8pm and cancelled at 9pm, so the owners have not lost the opportunity to resell the apartment. I have asked for a refund via the app and directly with the owners several times, over several days, with no response from the owners. I also own several properties on booking.com and know the standard of service thats to be expected. As an aside, the area is run down, noisy and in a poor area of Worcester. My advise, avoid it. There are many other alternatives with responsive owners and of much higher quality.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and quite spacious. Pretty much has everything we needed. Just one thing we would kindly suggest for this day and age, a socket with an USB outlet..we didn't have a charging plug with us, as we're used to using USB outlets at home and work however that's our fault not the apartment. Parking was tight but we managed to get a space. Once parked we didn't need to use our car for the rest of our 3 night stay because it was really close to the centre. We didn't even need an Uber at the end of the night. We would not hesitate to rent again if we come back to Worcester.

Lovely two-night stay in a perfectly located apartment, close to the centre yet quiet. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for cooking, with very comfy bed. It suited my needs perfectly. Will stay there again! 😊
