Zahrada, děti si mohly pohrát na pískovišti, zaskákat na trampolíně, vykoupat..Dobře vybaveno, kuchyně jednoduchá, ale vše co bylo potřeba, bylo ve výbavě. Možnost si kam uložit věci, police, háčky.

− Vchod je stejný pro apartmán nahoře a pro pokoje dole.Oba pokoje se sice dají zamknout, ale do kuchyně se jde přes chodbu , která není uzavřená, což je velká škoda. Táhne z chodby a ztrácí se soukromí..
