Nicht bewohnbar und gesundheitsgefährdend!!!
1.0Der Vermieter Herr Monar ist ein sehr liebenswerter älterer Herr und die Lage ist schön. Das war es aber leider auch schon.
− Wir mussten die Unterkunft unverzüglich wieder verlassen.Die Unterkunft ist stark gesundheitsgefährdend durch Ungeziefer,Schimmel und Schmutz.Der Hygienezustand ist unzumutbar und das Mobiliar unbenutzbar. Das Interieur ist kaputt und so stark verschmutzt,dass es ein gesundheitliches Risiko darstellt. Die Matratzen und die Bretterkonstruktion daunter sind stark verschimmelt!!! Es war uns UNMÖGLICH dort zu verbleiben. Kurz zu erwähnen gibt es weder WLAN noch eine Klimaanlage , was mit Sicherheit das kleinste Problem gewesen wäre.Es ist lediglich ein Ventilator vorhanden an dem meterlange Spinnenweben hängen. Ob dieser funktioniert weiß ich nicht. Fazit: Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen was mein Sohn und mich dort erwartet hat.
