屋內設備齊全。不會開車的話，電車也在走路5分鐘的路程內。商業區買東西也方便，但建議購物可以算好一次買回。晚上周圍安靜，路上很少人。電車經過會有鐵軌聲音。

− 位址算在郊區，以睡覺來說是安靜。 但離商業區買東西到搭電車5-10分鐘， 就買大量東西而言，有一點不方便。 因為下車站還需要再走5分鐘才會到住宿地， 晚上路上不太會有人。

− Der Zug fährt weniger Meter neben dem Haus. Das wackelt wenn er vorbei fährt. Nachts ist aber Ruhe.
