A modernizacao do apartamento.
− Nao ter Ar Condicionado e o acesso ao apartamento nao ser muito facil no primeiro dia. Detestestamos a opcao do estacionamento que nos foi cedido. Apenas utilizamos no primeiro dia porque nao conheciamos o mesmo. O acesso e terrivel e a saida para os utilizadores depois de estacionar o veiculo e horrivel. Parece um edificio abandonado e as portas de saida nem sequer estão identificadas. Optamos por estacionar sempre na rua.

− El baño tenía olor perpetuo desagradable. Las pareces cercanas a las ventanas tenían moho, en la esquina y alrededor de la ventana. El garaje no estaba en el mismo edificio, no era muy conveniente.

Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La decoración es sencilla y da sensación de tranquilidad. El menaje estupendo.
