Apartment is just very good. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and there is every basic stuff you need to live or make a meal or just clean after yourself. Location is perfect because its walking distance to center of Malcesine, but it's more quiet. View from balcony and the pool are the biggest advantages. Perfect for stay with kids.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb von Malcesine auf einem sicheren, abgeschlossenen Gelände und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Ortskern ist in nur 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe verliefen absolut reibungslos. Ein tolles Highlight waren die bereitgestellten Getränke und Snacks zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank für den super Service!

Herrliche Sicht über den See und die Sonnenuntergänge. Saubere Räume und schönes neues Badezimmer. Gutes und schnelles WLan. Klima- und Heizungsanlage konnte den eigenen Wünschen ein- und ausgestellt werden. Die Aussenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Fernseher hatte alle Deutschen Sender, was wir schon ganz anders vorgefunden haben.

− Eigentlich nichts...ausser das die Küche ohne Backofen war, aber das wussten wir ja vorher schon. Für Ältere ist der Zugang nur über 33 Treppenstufen zu erreichen...was uns als Bergsteiger aber nicht gestört hat. Einzig die Preisgestaltung über die Feiertage ist etwas überzogen angesetzt.

Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

The apartment is in a complex on the hill above the lake and so enjoys a fabulous view of Lake Garda and the mountains. Location is 5 minutes walk from the lake and a 20 minute stroll to the old town of Malcesine. There you will find lots of shops, restaurants and ferries to Limone and other towns. The apartment itself is quaint and basic but comfortable and clean. The terrace is lovely for enjoying meals and admiring the view. The air-conditioning worked well and there are window shutters and shade blinds for privacy and keeping out the sun on hot days. The walk-in shower was good. The bed is ok but some people may find it soft. There is a fairly new washing machine, in a cupboard on the balcony, that was clean and well maintained. The kitchenette has an induction stove top but no exhaust fan. The kitchen equipment was adequate for cooking basic meals. A highlight was the pool which was great for a quick dip after a hot day of sightseeing. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. No request was a problem. We asked about extra pillows and pool towels and they delivered extra pillowcases and towels in no time.
