This north-facing apartment with garden views is a 1-minute walk from Long Beach. The open-plan living and kitchen area opens onto a wooden deck with BBQ facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. The apartment on ground level is adjoined to the main house but has private entrances.The main bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of a lower twin bed and upper single bed. A fifth person can sleep on the couch in the open-plan living area. We've recently installed a solar power system. There is free WiFi in the unit. Sorry, no pets or parties. 1) The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, sink and toilet. 2) There is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and 4 burner gas hob.

This apartment with terrace is located on the first floor with distant views of Chapmans Peak. There is a queen size bed for 2 sharing adults. This unit is for adults only because of safety reasons. We don't allow children who might want to climb on the Italian clay tiled roof. 10.0The location of Storyhouse was fantastic, a short walk away from a beautiful beach. It was also near my auntie who we were visiting. We enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the pool.Antoinette and Charl were wonderful hosts. It felt like home away from home. Thank you.

Kommetjie braai haven
9.0Nice cottage overlooking the street. It was great to braai on the balcony. Loved our walks on the beach which was only 2 blocks away. Conveniently located so we could visit Robben Island and Hout Bay.
− 18 narrow stairs to climb up and down especially when carrying luggage...

A singular experience
8.0The unit is an idiosyncratic space, comprised of a bedroom, bathroom and glass/timber conservatory/kitchen area. It feels very much "home made" by the hosts, who were most welcoming and kind. Our unit's balcony was a great space to relax, while we could have made more use of the garden and pool at street level.
− Our loo cistern leaked for a day, but Charl soon fixed it. Similarly, a water cut and power outage were soon remedied.
