Pets are allowed only upon request and must never be left unattended.
To avoid any inconvenience within the premises, the property reserves the right to select its guests. We do not allow stays in cases of: prostitution, illegal activities, any kind of parties, smoking indoors, excessive noise, disrespectful behavior towards staff, failure to sort waste, damage caused by pets, or any previously reported inappropriate behavior for the reasons mentioned above.
Please be aware that by making a reservation, you agree to all the conditions, which constitute a rental agreement between you and the property. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in eviction, or your reservation will not be honored and the booking amount will be nonrefundable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
