Ruim appartement met ramen en rolluiken aan beide kanten, prima keuken en luxe badkamer Prima uitvalsbasis voor de regio, o.a. de fietspaden door het Koggertal en Jagstal: relatief vlak en deels over oude spoorlijnen

− Ruim balkon, prettig om buiten te zitten en te eten Echter niet als de rokende beneden buren dat ook doen. Dan moeten zelfs alle ramen aan die kant dicht om de rook buiten te houden
