Miserable and my worst booking .com stay ever

− Very dirty shower , no heating or hot water when we arrived and had to pressurise boiler . Paid for very bad car parking which I scraped car trying to get in which I thought was behind a locked gate

5.0Location was good . Didn’t have a problem with the parking it’s a bit tight but wasn’t a problem .
− Smaller bedroom bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. When changing the bed the mattress protector was ripped in a few places . Wasn’t the cleanest had to deep clean the shower it looked clean to the eye but the door runner was very bad and shower trap full of hair so taking ages to drain . Lots of cobwebs down the side of the wardrobes and ceilings. Lots of dust around the skirting boards . Just felt it needed a good deep clean .

− The accomodation was very dirty and we had a family in the apartment above so it was extremely noisy,the parking was bad too .

− Car parking space at the back very tight! Instructions stated back door key could be accessed at back door(as we parked here) Perhaps just minor error from cleaning/servicing team.
We loved the decor of the property
8.0− it was a fantastic location and beautiful property, but it would have been nice to have some essentials such as salt & pepper, basic items glad wrap, oil, washing powder etc as when you are travelling from overseas these essentials you don't need for very long. Parking was an issue every day unfortunately The bed in the other room (small bed room) I'm sorry to say the mattress was not comfortable at all, it was lumpy.
