Do not recommend. Overpriced and unhelpful.
1.0− The listing is misleading, it shows sleeping arrangements for 5/6 people but in the small print it says ‘capacity of 2’. I booked this for my family of 5 a couple months before the trip. The capacity of 2 was only clearly disclosed to me when I attempted to check in. The customer service did not provide any resolution at all, zero help, no partial refund, no offer of alternative accommodation, they were cold and unhelpful. Their use of different agents also meant I had to re explain the situation over and over which was very stressful. They did not let me cancel and receive a refund (they offered a refund of €90 when I had paid over €1000…). I ended up having to book another form of accommodation for another €900 a day before the trip. Overall, an extremely stressful and negative experience.
