Really enjoyed our stay at the property.
9.0The property was spotless and great for a 2 night stay close to friends in Congleton and lots of amenities. Parking space was really useful to have too.
− Only one minor issue- the blind in the larger bedroom didn’t work properly.
Nice apartment but unfortunately there was an ant problem
6.0Apartment was well laid out and homey, within good walking distance of two parks.
− Unfortunately when we got there there were ants all over the floor and kitchen counters. I appreciate ants happen and we managed to get rid of them after buying some bug spray but I was disappointed with the hosts response after we initially told them about the ants - no apology or offer to look into it or reimburse for the bug spray, just asked if the bug spray worked and when I said it had there was no follow up. As we have a crawling baby who needed to use the space it was quite off putting. Would have rated it higher if we had a more positive response.
Pleasant but we wouldn't return.
6.0We stayed here as a family of four to access Lapland UK, which was approx. 30 mins away via Taxi/Uber. The location of the property was good, we found it easy to access local cafes & a Tesco. Layout of the premises was good.
− It could have been cleaner - the floors weren't particularly clean & there was old food in the fridge which smelled. There was also no toilet roll ..

− Dirty floors we had to sweep. Pans and cutlery dirty/broken knife in drawer. Dirty sponge for washing. Dirty worktops. Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place as we booked based on the good reviews. Bed topper uncomfortable.

8.0Comfortable small terraced cottage conveniently close to Congleton town centre. Intelligently converted to maximise space. Felt welcome on arrival.
