− The check-in process was not fluid (technology didn’t work) so it was quite slow. After finally getting in, my scheduled apartment was filled by another. I was given a stay but it wasn’t what I booked from the pictures.

− Falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza
Ondanks de kleine mankementen was het een superleuk verblijf dat centraal gelegen is en mooi ingericht.
8.0Heel centraal gelegen mooi appartement en ruim !
− Bij aankomst was het een hele klus om toegang te krijgen tot het appartement. Ben dan zelf met de taxi tot aan het bureau gereden waar de dame in kwestie totaal geen zin had om ons te helpen . Ze was misschien niet blij dat ze moest werken op een Catalaanse feestdag .Eenmaal aangekomen konden we binnen maar de voordeur van het appartement kon niet dicht. Na een aantal pogingen had ik door dat ik het manueel kon induwen .Er was ook geen enkele schuifdeur die op slot kon Bij het uitchecken waren ze dan wel supervriendelijk . Ik denk dat we gewoon pech hadden met de eerste dame in kwestie.

− Possibilité d’accès anticipé très difficile à mettre en place . Accès réservé à partir de 15h , nous n’avons pu rentrer dans les lieux qu à partir de 15h45….apres beaucoup de difficultés Manque d’équipement : 3 verres pour un logement de 9 personnes Prix mensonger sur l’annonce booking au niveau de la taxe de séjour : annonce 123€ réellement payé 188€ soit +52% d’augmentation.
