− De communicatie met de host en twee uur wachttijd na afgesproken tijd voor we appartement in konden. Helaas heel vieze wastafel en volle afvalemmer in badkamer van vorige gasten.

− The landlord never answer my phone. I must call few times when I be outside apartment. I send few message in booking and email. Nobody respond. I stay here 3 hours and I decide to take another apartament. After 5 hours landlord send me message like “contact with the booking” 🤣 I’m so disappointed 😢

− Bit scruffy and grubby. Shower has no pressure. water and heating were unmanageable. Not instructions for how to get the best out of boiler. Sockets hanging off walls. Paintwork dirty. This could be really good
