− Riktig smutsigt och trasigt trapphus. Låg en död duva i trappuppgången. Balkongen går inte att använda pga duvor och duvskit. Myror längs väggarna i duschen.

10.0The apartment exceeded expectations in every aspect. The remote check-in process was extremely fast and smooth, making arrival completely stress-free. The location is excellent—perfectly situated both for reaching the city center and for enjoying the seaside, which is only a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Cleanliness was impeccable, with the apartment well-maintained and very comfortable throughout the entire stay (June 15–23). A special mention goes to the host, who was always available, responsive, and helpful with any request. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service.

7.0Great location, within easy reach of everything in Ayia Napa. The host was very friendly, welcoming and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and offered good value for money, making it a convenient base for our holiday.
− One of the mattresses was in very poor condition, with springs sticking out from both sides, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress in the other bedroom was fine. The building itself is also in poor condition and has a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the common areas. While the apartment served its purpose, the property would benefit from maintenance and refurbishment to improve the overall guest experience.
