8.0Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui habite juste au-dessus : on se sent en sécurité. La situation géographique de l’appartement est vraiment parfaite : un quartier calme avec accès à pied à de nombreux restaurants, musées et autres lieux d’intérêt. Il est possible de louer des vélos à quelques mètres seulement de l’appartement. Calme absolu dans la chambre qui donne sur l’arrière du bâtiment.
− L’escalier très abrupt a rendu l’arrivée et le départ avec les valises un peu difficile et dangereux. L’espace autour du w-c est vraiment insuffisant. Cet endroit est déconseillé aux personnes souffrant de handicap de mobilité, aux obèses et aux claustrophobes.

− Installation un peu vieillotte (salle de bain et salle de douche, ventilation bruyante), emplacement excentré, mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
