9.0Pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent visiter Bilbao et ses environs, l'appartement de Barakaldo coche toutes les cases ! Son gros plus est le parking et la proximité du métro. Le quartier est vivant, c'est à double tranchant, agréable en journée et le soir...mais moins au milieu de la nuit 😁 Je recommande 👍
− La chaleur ! L'appartement n'est pas climatisé mais dispose de ventilateurs pour adoucir (un peu)) l'atmosphère.

9.0Si tienes que ir a Barakaldo está en un sitio muy centrico, ademas de tener plaza de parking a menos de 5 min andando. El apto tiene de todo, bien equipado (no hay aire acondicionado aunque si calefaccion). Las camas son comodas y estaba todo limpio. Practicamente esta todo nuevo y bien decorado.
− No es ningun defecto pero es un segundo sin ascensor. La escalera de la finca es de recubrimiento viejo, el rellano sucio y estaria bien una remodelación aunque obviamente no depende del propietario.

10.0Las llaves estaban dentro del apartamento, solo hubo un pequeñito que el enlace para abrir la puerta no funcionó pero se acercaron a los pocos minutos y abrieron la puerta

Una breve estancia muy cómoda para visitar a la familia en estas fiestas.
10.0Buena climatización. Todo lo necesario para cocinar y hacer el desayuno. Los baños muy bien. El salón comedor amplio y luminoso. La TV perfecta. Buena WiFi. Parking subterráneo gratuito muy cerca.
− Que no tenga ascensor. La escalera es estrecha, irregular y ruidosa. Un termostato en la ducha sería conveniente. La cerradura de entrada habría que renovarla. Falta un cristal en la puerta del salón, lo que obliga a mantener la TV a un volúmen muy bajo.
