10.0Es war alles top. Wunderschöne Lage. Viel Garten wir durften mit unseren Hunden den ganzen Garten benutzen. Überall Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen usw. War mit meiner Freundin da. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Eine tolle Terrasse gehörte zu der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Vermieterin Frau Egger war sehr freundlich und nett zu uns. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.😃😃😃

10.0Krista, die Vermieterin, hat einen besonderen Charme. Ihre Wohnungen sind gut gepflegt, liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr groß, schön gestalt, und es gibt viele gemütliche Sitz- und Kuschelecken. Obwohl das Gästehaus auf dem Berg liegt, ist das Städtchen auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Mit unseren E-bikes waren wir besonders begünstigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

10.0The house is gorgeous, with exceptional views of the lake and the surrounding hills, right in the heart of Carinthia. Located in a quiet part of town, yet just a 2-minute drive from the main road with supermarkets, and 5 minutes drive from the lake. We arrived in April for a short ski trip before the end of the season. It was already very warm in the valleys and around the lake, almost warm enough for swimming. That’s why it was great that the house is equipped for both winter and summer stays. In the basement, you’ll find ski boot dryers, and in the garden, there are free bikes available to borrow. You won’t be able to pull off any daring feats on them, but they were sufficient for a ride around the lake. The apartment itself was beautiful; you can trust the photos, but in the end, you’ll still be surprised by just how beautiful, clean, and cozy these apartments are. They’re also well-equipped, with plenty of dishes (even a hand mixer) and a dishwasher, TV, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, spacious beds, and a modern bathroom. The landlady is very nice and friendly; she showed us everything in the house, explained it all, asked what we had planned, and recommended suitable ski resorts based on the weather. We also just chatted with her a few times. She’s very funny and loves to laugh. Overall, it was a real pleasure to meet her. This definitely wasn't our last visit. Ski resorts in the area (in minutes from the house by car): Goldeck - 15 minutes Bad Kleinkirchheim - 30 minutes Gerlitzen - 30 minutes Katschberg - 35 minutes Mölltaler Gletscher - 45 minutes Turracher Höhe - 50 minutes Nassfeld - 55 minutes
