1.0− Подъехала к квартире. Звонит хозяйка по телефону и настоятельно, практически кр ком говорит уезжать. "Мы не селим так поздно!", после выдает фразу "нас нет в городе", "уберите бронь с Бцуинга", "квартир и гостиниц много в городе. Еще не было 10 часов вечера. Это непрофесионализм! Не могу рекомендовать данный ночлег. Все же можно по другому объяснить людям, и я бы и не писала этот неприятный комментарий.
