La proprietaria Simona è stata gentile e disponibile ad alcune richieste fatte. E ci ha fornito indicazioni di massima al nostro arrivo presentandoci la struttura. Appartamento ben disposto e fornito di tutti i confort con i plus condizionatore e lavatrice. Già presenti biancheria per bagno e letto e stoviglie per cucinare in loco. Centralità rispetto al centro di Maruggio, ove ci sono parecchi locali, con 5 minuti a piedi. Giardino esterno condiviso con l'appartamento a fianco ma comunque di buone dimensioni

Vorrei ringraziare Simona per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e soprattutto PAZIENZA! Come prima cosa ci tengo a precisare che la pulizia della struttura è stata impeccabile. In casa avevamo tutto ciò che ci serviva a disposizione (addirittura lavatrice e relativo stendibiancheria!). La chicca della struttura è il giardinetto veramente bello e curato!

Questa nuova struttura molto centrale nel carinissimo comune di Maruggio mi ha davvero entusiasmata . Dall' estrema pulizia , alla comodità dei letti , dalla veranda esterna ( anche se in comune con l altro alloggio adiacente) c'è tutta la privacy del mondo. Alloggio silenzioso e parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa. Ho adorato le lucine stile festa di paese e quel meraviglioso pavimento d' epoca restaurato . Grazie Simona , ritorneremo ❤️

L’appartamento è comodo, completamente rinnovato e arredato con gusto. Molto caratteristico il tetto con le volte a stella. Vi abbiamo alloggiato per tre notti con i nostri bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene. È la soluzione ideale per una coppia con uno o due bambini piccoli.

− Era presente un condizionatore nella camera da letto ma non nella cucina-soggiorno (in cui si trovano due divani letti). Un secondo condizionatore sarebbe utile, così come una tenda per oscurare i vetri della porta d’ingresso da cui la mattina entra molta luce, disturbando chi dorme nella cucina-soggiorno.
