− Die Treppe zur Ferienwohnung (2te Etage) ist sehr steil und ungleichmäßig, mit Gepäck oder einkauf schwer zu schaffen. Auch für Personen mit Problemen in den Beinen/Knie sehr fordernt..

1.0− Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this accommodation. Upon arrival, the apartment had several serious issues: a strong unpleasant smell, a very dirty oven, unwashed dishes left inside the dishwasher, and a broken bedroom door that could not be closed. The most concerning issue was the temperature. The apartment was extremely cold, and even after waiting for several hours, the heating did not work properly. I was traveling with two minor children, so the conditions were not safe or suitable for staying overnight. I tried to contact the host, but no effective solution was provided. I also contacted customer service and did not receive immediate help. In the end, I had to leave the apartment the same night and find another place urgently. Afterwards, I checked the reviews and noticed that other guests had already reported similar issues, which shows this is not an isolated case. Very poor experience overall.

5.0Wohnung grundsätzlich ok und sauber
− Wir kamen mit drei kleinen Kinder und alle Heizkörper waren aus, die Raumtemperatur lag bei 9 (!) Grad. Es dauerte Stunden bis es halbwegs warm war und die Gastgeberin war auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Es wurden zwei Decken gebracht für fünf Personen... In Kühlschrank, Tiefkühle und einem Küchenschrank war altes Essen.
