Amei o apartamento, o condomínio, localização e as instalações no geral.

− Só tenho duas observações que podem contribuir pra melhora da estadia, que são, 1) mudança do ar condicionado do quarto, que é pequeno para a necessidade local. No verão a cidade esquenta bastante; 2) deixar algumas extensões pra uso do hóspede, porque tem pouquíssimas tomadas no apto e isso dificulta um pouco por exemplo o uso de ventiladores na posição necessária.

− a persiana da sala nao estava fechando bem e ficava bem claro, acho bom q seja com blackout pra um conforto melhor pra dormir

Apartamento limpo, com toalhas e jogo de cama também limpos; com utensílios de cozinha; tv e Wi-Fi funcionando. Fomos bem atendidos na portaria; estacionar com o carro também foi tranquilo.

− Somente um ponto: chuveiro com água morna, e não quente, principalmente considerando que a localização é na região serrana. Somente isso, que deixamos como sugestão para ajuste do proprietário.
