5.0O condomínio é satisfatório, já estive outras vezes em outras acomodações.
− O apartamento nao estava devidamente limpo como era pra estar , alguns utensílios da cozinha , faltando ou quebrados, o piso tem vários arranhões, que remete sempre a ideia que tá sujo. O segundo quarto teto de madeira muito baixo, totalmente desconfortável. Nao voltarei pra esse com certeza.

− A recepção é muito suja, cheia de tranqueiras espalhadas, mal cheirosa. Isso deve ser levado em conta porque é onde o hóspede faz seu primeiro contato com o lugar. Eu particularmente me assustei quando entrei e achei que tinha perdido o meu investimento. Após entrar no flat é que me conformei.
