− Terrible experience – Negligent host and unsafe conditions We booked a stay in Haapsalu for 5 people for 5 nights, but the experience was completely ruined by total neglect and dangerous conditions. Complete lack of host communication and reliability: On our arrival day, we called the host around 21:00. They promised to come, but never showed up and turned off their phone. We were waiting with three kids till 11pm!. They remained completely unreachable and never contacted us regarding the missing bed linen during our entire 5-day stay. Insufficient basic supplies: Despite booking for 5 people for 5 days, bed linen was provided for only 2 people, and there were only 4 big towels in total. Toilet paper was barely enough for a couple of uses. The soap dispenser was broken, and upon checking, I realized one of the batteries had actually been removed. Serious safety hazard: The absolute worst part was the indoor swing. The iron chain holding it detached and fell directly onto a child's head. Looking at the ceiling, there was already another drilled hole right next to it that had been covered up, proving this had happened before and was poorly patched. They clearly do not care about guest safety, only about aesthetics. Ignored until reported: When I messaged the host via Booking regarding the swing incident, she only called back 8 hours later—far too late to address a critical safety issue or fix our ruined stay. Unpleasant entrance: As soon as you open the door in the main stairwell, there is a constant, terrible smell of urine that never goes away. I strongly advise against staying here. The host is completely irresponsible, and the space itself is both under-equipped and unsafe.

Asukoht, mugavused

− Võtit seifist kätte saada oli praktiliselt võimatu (kulus üle 20 minuti). Televiisor tööle ei hakanud (puudus internetiühendus!). WIFI parool ei töötanud. Kohvimasin oli rikkis. Seebi dosaator vannitoas ei töötanud.... Muidu oli kõik suurepärane!

Siisti ja kiva asunto. Ihana keittiö, mukava sänky ja sohva mahtava löhöilyyn. Perheemme viihtyi erinomaisesti.
