Everything, beautiful property with everything you need. It was close to the centre with all the restaurants and bars, and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Alles. Heel duidelijke info vooraf + tijdens verblijf, vlotte communicatie, netheid van appartement, traphekje geplaatst voor de kindjes, …

− Is zeker geen negatief puntje maar eerder een waarschuwing voor toekomstige huurders : pas op voor je tenen als je de deur van de koelkast opent ;-)

Locatie was perfect: alles is op loopafstand: Centrum, markt, boulevard/strand, restaurants en kusttramhalte binnen 5 minuten lopen.

De Panne im kl. Häuschen erleben

Die Lage übertrifft alles . Ca 300 Meter bis zum Strand und zum Zentrum ca 250 Meter. Des weiteren ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Zu erwähnen ist die Treppe die zum Wohnzimmer etc führt . Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind im Eingangsbereich und somit schön kühl. Die elektronische Markiese ist prima.

− Leider kann man das Fenster und die Terrassentüre nicht offen lassen , da am Abend Mücken etc rein kommen. Das Küchenfenster hat keinen Sonnenschutz leider.

Logement confortable et moderne. Situation idéale, à 5 minutes de la plage et proche des commodités. Propre et globalement bien équipé. Terrasse spacieuse avec tente solaire.

− Accès compliqué : rue très étroite et parking à +/- 300 mètres du logement.
