The location was great for history and for driving into the city.

− The address is 9B AND NOT 9.. ! 9B has no views of the sea. This is not an apartment...! This is not a studio flat...! This is a utility room with an early 80's shower. This is a lounge with beds at one end and 'some' kitchen down one side. There is a toilet outside in the garden with a door which doesn't fit properly. The toilet floor is constantly wet as there's a leak from somewhere. There's either a rust problem in the door or someone having dirty fingers trying to open or close the door. Most people will struggle to open and close the door as the owners have used a cheap internal door and not an external door. Security is awful. There are no security lights outside if you arrive at night. The late 70s aluminium windows are insecure and open from the outside even when they appear to be locked. At the bedroom end of the large room, there's a door which goes into a garage. This was open and wedged so it wouldn't close when we arrived. I closed it and bolted the lock at the top, which has already been forced and in bent. The large blind near the TV is missing a section. It's OK, though. You can only see everything in the room through that 15cm gap. The washing machine is new but dirty. When we arrived, there were wet clothes in the washing machine and a load of washing drying in the dryer. This location is not clean. The cobwebs and dust are unbelievable. I would hazard a guess that it hasn't been cleaned since last year at the earliest. The plates are chipped and cracked. The cups were rancid... we only used what we washed before use. Everything smells and feels as if it had been washed using dirty chip oil washing water. The cutlery was the same, and this fully equipped kitchen comes with ONE teaspoon...! DON'T LOOK IN THE CUPBOARDS, THEY ARE HORRENDOUS... If you want to understand more about the property, you've got to question the array of pest controls in one cupboard.

The general area not the actual property

− DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH THE PRICE Too expensive, smelt of mould, small backyard bigger than the actual accomodation, caged birds making loud noise, building very old, couldn’t park due to car in the driveway owned by unknown person, toilet outside, I couldn’t personally get in due to steep driveway had to send family, owners promised two nights refund delayed the process and said we took to long after completing their request. None of this was apparent enough for me to see and review before I booked.
