No sea view as advertised - very old front door, untidy stoep with black plastic showing and even a weed growing at the front door. Windows very dirty mechanism, sleeping coach uncomfortable when open - could sleep on it if it was not opened. Bathroom toilet toll holder broken and had to buy toilet roll replacement when it fell in toilet. Washbasin very bad installation.
