10.0Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist sehr schön
Eventyrligt, beroligende og imødekommende værtsskab
10.0Helt særligt sted med mange faciliteter, stor grund, badestrand, udendørs festlokaler ved stranden. Man kan sidde meget tæt på fjorden og spise eller bare meditere. Selve lejligheden er charmerende og romantisk indrettet. Sengen var behagelig. Flot badeværelse. Alt var i orden.
Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet
9.0Wir hatten in der Villa Rørvik ein Apartment im 1. Obergeschoss, in dem vier Personen gut Platz fanden. Wichtig vorab: Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Gepäck muss über eine lange Holz-Außentreppe hochgetragen werden. Das Apartment war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen Bildern und Kunstdrucken. Man fühlte sich ein wenig wie ein Gast in einem historischen Roman – vom Gefühl her fast wie in England oder Nova Scotia. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser und das Apartment erstreckte sich über drei Seiten des Hauses. Die Betten waren eher weicherer Natur. Die Küche war originell zweigeteilt: Spülbecken, Geschirrspülmaschine und die meisten Mülleimer befanden sich im Bad. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit: Anfangs fehlte uns eine Bratpfanne, die wir auf Anfrage sofort bekamen. Ansonsten war die Küche mit Utensilien und Geschirr bestens ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch für uns: Draußen gibt es einen Carport mit Wallbox zum Laden von Elektroautos (Nutzung zum Pauschalpreis). Auf dem Gelände befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Sandstrand. Dort hätte man sogar baden können – wenn das Wasser ein wenig wärmer gewesen wäre. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Svelvik, weshalb ein Auto empfehlenswert ist. Ganz in der Nähe im Ort gibt es aber Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle. Außerdem verkehrt dort alle halbe Stunde eine Autofähre. Die Abrechnung dafür erfolgt unkompliziert über das Kennzeichen (ähnlich wie eine Maut). Wir haben es absolut nicht bereut, dieses Apartment gebucht zu haben!
− Vielleicht nur die Straße auf der einen Seite des Hauses. Diese war zeitweise etwas stärker befahren und nicht alle Verkehrsteilnehmer waren dort entspannt unterwegs.

− Sehr laut da direkt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße gelegen, Zugang zur Whg beschwerlich durch eine lange Außentreppe
