10.0Le logement est idéalement situé dans une ville au calme du « sur tourisme ». Un ascenseur nous permet d’accéder au dernier étage. L’appartement possède une superbe vue qui donne sur la mer, une terrasse aussi grande que l’intérieur du logement, il y a des transats pour lézarder au soleil. L’équipement est plutôt complet (lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, télévision, bouilloire, parasol pour la plage, etc.). La salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés, c’est pratique. Grand plus si vous laissez la porte ouverte de la salle de bain vous pouvez vous douchez avec une vue sur la mer. De plus, vous avez des supérettes à 2/3 minutes à pieds et des restaurants bons et pas cher, j’ai eu un coup de cœur pour le restaurant « La Charcada » Les propriétaires répondent vite à nos messages. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour !

7.0Es un loft con terraza grande. Es cómodo. Cocina, baño y ducha. El Puertito es un lugar tranquilo en el sur. Las primeras comunicaciones con los dueños son rápidas. Ivamos por un aniversario y tuvieron un detalle en la habitación. PEro hay cosas que no te dicen y se callan.
− Las omisiones de informacion por parte de los dueños. Te Dan permiso para llegar más tarde de las 20.00-20.30, pero si llegas más tarde de las 21.00 te encontrarás la puerta del portal cerrada y no hacen nada por ayudarte. No te dicen que tienes que llegar antes de los 20.00 porque los vecinos cierran con llave a partir de las 21.00, los dueños lo saben y no te lo dicen, cuidado que te mienten en ese sentido.

10.0Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Die Sonne war im März sehr angenehm, im Sommer könnte es warm werden. Es sind aber überall Abdunkelungsvorhänge vorhanden. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer.

10.0Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi! Ook is er altijd een verkoelend briesje en je slaapt heerlijk door het ruisen van de zee. De studio heeft echt de wow-factor. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
− Alles beviel erg goed. Als ik dan toch wat moet noemen dan zijn het de windbrekers die wat ouder zijn en niet meer open en dicht kunnen. Maar dat is absoluut niet storend omdat ze permanent ‘dicht’ staan en dat is ook wat je wilt.
