La zona è centrale e comoda anche per i mezzi di trasporto facilmente reperibili. Molto utile il parcheggio nonostante si trovi a 6 min a piedi. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato di aria condizionata (fondamentale in estate😅)

− Purtroppo le condizioni igieniche erano scarse (lenzuola sporche e panni non nostri in bagno). Per quanto comoda e centrale la zona è molto rumorosa e poco sicura. Palazzo antiquato e umido (il pianerottolo davanti all appartamento molto male odorante).
