Uma agradável semana em família na aroeira! A repetir.
10.0Adoramos o apartamento. Espaço muito agradável. Inserido numa zona ótima para família. A calma do lugar, muito bom! A casa estava provida de tudo o que era essencial! Temos uma bebé e deixaram o berço como pedido, muito cuidado com uma mantinha, uma toalha. Muito amável. Gostamos muito e consideramos uma experiência a repetir :) a anfitriã também foi muito simpática e atenciosa!
− Não tivemos nada que não tenhamos gostado. A única coisa que melhoraríamos, mas é um gosto pessoal, seria a cama não ser tão mole, o colchão. Mas conseguimos dormir otimamente!

A beautiful setting with a great host, let down by an ant problem that made it hard to enjoy.
6.0Communication with the host was excellent and responsive. The self check-in via key locker was seamless, and the small welcome touches (coffee, tea, and spices for the first day) were a thoughtful gesture. The view over Herdade de Aroeira's greenery is genuinely stunning and made for a peaceful start to each morning.
− For a week-long stay, towel provision was limited: two sets for a couple felt insufficient, though the host may have provided more upon request. More seriously, there was visible mold in the bathtub, the washing machine's detergent drawer was broken, and the kitchen, hallway, and living room had a significant ant infestation throughout our stay. Given the natural surroundings we understand some insects are expected, but the volume - with no food or trash left out - made the space uncomfortable to use.
A surcharge of 20€ applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 19:00 and 23:00, after 23:00 fee will be 30€. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
