Overall ok but Improvement is required. Owner provided early check in , that was really great help.

Bed , Washing machine, AC was good

− Cleanliness should be maintained. Utensils and Kitchen area was very dirty.

Cheap price but some disadvantages

Very close to the next metro (Skytrain / BTS)

− It was the only apartment which showed a heating plate; all other apartments just showed a microwave, and how can you prepare 8 eggs for 4 people with a microwave in the morning? Also, the price was very reasonable for 4 beds. However, the room is about 15 meters long and only 2.5 m wide. This is not coming through from the photos shown on the website. The toilet contained these "toilet flies", small dark, butterfly-like insects. When opening the kitchen furniture, a foul, rotten smell shows up. We stayed for 4 days but never met anyone responsible for the place, except the cleaning lady, who knocked on the door exactly at check-out time. No windows to open? Fresh air must come in by leaving the main door open and the bathroom fan running.

the location, near to BTS and fully equipped. have 2 aircond in the room, washing machine, and electric stove.

− the smell of the toilet, have awful smell of sewer. the condition of microwave, havent been clean in long time.
