We will provide you the code to access the building and all the instructions to reach your apartment and will be available on the phone for any request of assistance.
ASSISTED CHECK-IN with a Hostess/Steward
This option has to be organized in advance, because we need to find an Hostess/Steward who is available and is subject to an extra fee: € 60,00 between 05:00 PM and 9:00 PM, € 100,00 between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
