Great location, lovely large rooms

The balcony, air conditioning

− The grumpy owner and the lack of proper information regarding the price. I paid £633 for 4 nights for the apartment. But this price doesnt include another bed being made up or the cleaning !!! So i paid an extra €30 for the double bed, 30€ for the cleaning and €80 for arriving between 22:00 - 23:00 hrs, so all in all i paid 773€ for the 4 nights. I found the pricing very confusing and i didnt want to sleep in a single bed, so i was charged for wanting a double bed. Also, although its 3 bed, you have to go through the second bedroom to get to the third bedroom, and both of these rooms are extremely small with an uncomfortable mattress. The double bed was good, as was the air conditioning. Plus, our flight was extremely delayed, the owner messaged saying he could only wait until 23:00 hrs, we did make it, but were then charged an extra €80, and i wondered what would have happened if we hadnt made it. Would the owner have just left two females in the middle of Venice, wandering around very late with no where to stay? Surely this is part of the environment when you rent your property out?!

Most beautiful view, in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in this apartment! Could not get enough of the view. This place had the most beautiful views of the canal. The apartment is very roomie and clean. The location could not have been better for us. Loved that we could walk to St Marco’s Basilica and Doge and then excape to our beautiful quiet neighborhood. The experience of staying in an old Venice building was a special part of our whole experience in Venice. The bed was comfort able, the kitchen had everything we needed. Restaurants in the area had a great local vibe. The host was very kind.

Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά κ στον σταθμό λεωφορείων!

− Πολύ καλά όλα σε γενικές γραμμές. Το μόνο κρεβάτι ήταν λίγο άβολο.

Good location for sightseeing, all facilities you could need.

Apartment was as described with all facilities you could require. Washing machine and washing line were great to have. Good view overlooking the canals. Very spacious and would be suited for a larger group/family.

− The entrance wasn't great, although that is not the actual apartment. Apartment itself could have been cleaner as there were a lot of black hairs around the place, in the shower and sink etc. Very dusty also.

La ubicación, las vistas y el contenido del apartamento.

− Realmente nada, solo tener en cuenta el check in, se cobra aparte si se entra más tarde de las 20:00 (lo pone antes de reservar) y que la cama son dos individuales unidas.
