2.0The location was the only redeeming feature- it is very central and convenient for exploring Venice. This is the only reason we have given the property 2/10.
− Our three-night stay was extremely disappointing. We had no hot water in the taps or showers throughout our stay. Despite reporting this on the first evening, the issue was never resolved, and the host stopped responding to us. The property also had several maintenance and safety issues, including a faulty toilet seat, a missing handrail and a washing machine that did not work. There were also no sink plugs or washing bowl provided which made it difficult to wash clothes and dishes. On arrival in the entryway, there was an extremely strong smell that resembled marijuana. Most concerningly, when we contacted the owner to escalate the issues, his response was aggressive and intimidating. Since then, he has refused to respond to any further communication.

− O apartamento é muito quente. Só tem ar condicionado na sala e mesmo este funciona muito mal, a maioria do tempo de funcionamento o ar condicionado apenas funciona como ventoinha. O quarto parece um forno e não se consegue dormir nem descansar com tanto calor. Não se pode abrir as janelas porque há muitas melgas. O prédio é muito velho e degradado.

− Le scale per accedere all'appartamento sono un po' ripide e se si hanno valigie pesanti è dura accedervi. Manca la tv.
