TRANQUIL I BEN COMUNICAT
8.0La situació a l.Illa de Giudecca era genial ja que estava molt ben comunicada . L habitatge estava a 2 minuts de la parada de vaporetto que et diu a Sant Marc. L illa era molt tranquil.la. Les fotos reflexa totalment la realitat. El llit era còmode.
− Tot i que l.apartament tenia un ventilador a la cuina i un aire acondicionat a l.habitacio feia molta calor. Les nits han sigut molt caluroses però no podies posar l aire acondicionat perquè feia molt soroll i era incompatible posar l aire i dormir. També vam trobar a faltar un petit sofà als cuina per poder veure la tele i més informació d on deixar les deixalles.

4.0Les personnes qui nous ont guidés et accueillis étaient formidables et très flexibles. Le logement est bien situé et on a une belle vue sur Venise en sortant devant l’immeuble. Des restaurants sont disponibles à proximité. Le logement était aussi propre que possible et le lit était confortable.
− Le logement et le mobilier sont vétustes, avec par endroit des murs décrépis par l’humidité. Il n’y a ni salon, ni endroit confortable pour s’asseoir et relaxer en dehors du lit. Il faisait une chaleur/moiteur insupportable alors qu’on n’était même pas en période très chaude et la climatisation est complètement inefficace. Le logement est sombre même aux heures ensoleillées de la journée. Ce n’est qu’un endroit pour dormir et se laver mais je n’avais qu’une envie, y rester le moins longtemps possible.

9.0В апартаментах очень чисто и есть все, что может понадобиться. Очень удобное расположение, до причала с ваппорето близко. С него до всех достопримечательностей несколько остановок. Неподалеку есть супермаркет, кафешки. Квартира в реальности выглядит лучше и больше, чем на фото. А еще с Джудекки хорошие виды!
− Интерьер и мебель староваты, но это компенсируется другими плюсами. В квартире было прохладно из-за того, что на улице было холодно.

3.0Gute Lage, Ruhig, schöner Innenhof
− Die Wohnung ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, wie kommen seit mehreren Jahren hierher, aber die Unterkunft wird immer schlimmer. Die Bettwäsche und Kissen stinken, die Unterkunft generell ist in schlechten Zustand und das Bad ist einfach gruselig. Die Dusche und die Wand sind voller Schimmel, die Wand ist kaputt und der Duschkopf ebenfalls. Für diesen Preis nicht empfehlenswert.
