Lovely small apartment in great location for going to the Biennale with, a wonderful responsive host

Apartment was in the perfect location for going to the main sites of the biennale. It is in a quiet neighborhood location near to a street with various amenities: groceries, pharmacies; restaurants, gelateria. Near a vaporetto stop - with no bridges/canals between the stop and the apartment - helpful for luggage toting. Sara, the host, was very helpful and prompt in her replies to any questions or requests.

− Considering it's an apartment where people might stay for several nights and want to not eat out every night, it would be helpful to have a microwave. You can hear people moving around upstairs, but otherwise is quite quiet.

Emplacement très proche de la "Biennale" - Idéal pour qui vient à Venise pour cet évènement Particulièrement calme "en RDC " sur une rue où il ne passit personne Mais pour le reste "à l"écart de tout" dans un quartier quasi vide d'habitants et sans aucun commerce Déco "coquette" et agréable

− Equipement de cuisine et vaisselle très succincts Chasse d'eau des toilettes qui ne fonctionnait pas (Nécessité d'utiliser des "cuvettes" pour vider les WC

We had a great stay in this accommodation in Venice. It’s located in a nice, quiet residential area, which made it feel more authentic and relaxing compared to the busy tourist spots. There’s a nearby Co-op for essentials and a lovely street with plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away. The city centre is about a 25-minute walk, which we found very manageable and a nice way to explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

− A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better. There was no kettle provided, which would have been useful. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be of better quality.
