Very nice and spacious but would like a better bathroom for the price.

Location was fun and apartment was nice and in a beautiful old palazzo - furniture was a cool mix of antiques and contemporary furniture.

− Bathroom needs updating - there is a tub with a hand held shower head but no shower curtain - this could be easily fixed with a rod and a curtain.

Great location.Close to centre but quiet.Lovely view of canals.Spacious and comfortable flat with a nice roof grden overlooking the city with the Campanile towering close by.

− Very little that we did not like.A small point is that it only has a (comfortable) bath but no shower.

A perfect home from home.

Stayed here for our wedding week. The apartment did not disappoint and was exceptional. The apartment is large, beautifully furnished and very well presented, with every comfort provided. The location is perfect and just a short walk from San Marco. The roof terrace is a lovely extra, with wonderful views across the city, including the Campanile. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, even booking our water taxis directly for us upon request. The taxi is able to drop you directly to the door. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return. Thank you to all at Charming House IQS x

Great location made easier by the pre-arranged water taxis by the attentiveIQ staff

− Hot! They really need full size AC units. There are 2 freestanding units and they do not cut it. Expect more for the price we paid.
